Document after repairs & restorations
The methods used in the correction and restorations process for this image were as followed. The image was first scanned. Then some adjusting and correcting of tones,levels and contrast were applied. Then we repaired the missing lower corner and sharpened the image to bring out the details.

Document before repairs & restorations
This is a picture of an old map that was copied from a book. Sometimes copies can appear too dark because of the toner in the the copier.
The lower right corner is missing as well.

This image appears slightly darker than desired.

Image upon completion of editing
The methods we used to enhance this image were initialized by croping and resizing the photo. Then adjustments to the image brightness and contrast levels were made. We also ran the image through a lens filter to give the background a softer look.

The method used in the restoration and repairs for this photo were as followed.We scanned the original photo, and brought it into our image editing program. We ran it through several process filters to bring out the details, and adjusted the tone, levels and contrast. A portion of the smaller photo in the back ground of the original photo was missing and had been torn. We Repaired that along with repairing the finer cracks and small holes.

Because of the age of this photo, over time it has become faded and the finer details have become less visable and not as crisp. The upper middle section of the photo is torn and is missing. There are a few cracks and small holes that need repaired.

Ways To Send And Receive Photos And Documents
1) You can send your photos or documents through the U.S. Postal Service.
Upon completion of repairs and /or restorations we will return them to you either printed on photo quality paper. Or if you prefer the documents or photos for your computer use only, then we would send them by e-mail.
2) You provide scanned image.
And upon completion of services. We will either email them back to you or print the restored photo and/or document and send it through the postal service or e-mail.
3) If you use a computer and you have the document or photo already in your system,
you can select the specific file you would like repaired, restored or edited and email it to us. Upon completion of services, we will either e-mail it back to you, or if you request one or more prints we will ship them to you through the U.S. Postal Service.
4)If you have the image or document on disk you can send the disk to us through the postal service. Upon uploading images from your disk to our archives for repairs, restorations and or editing we will then return the disk directly back to you with the edited version stored on the disk.
