This local outfit's debut brings glorious riffage and all things fuzz-toned and hook-laden. Sky Meets Earth is a rock band, sure, but they're not that simple. The album is soulful, sexy, and well written, and songs like Bluebird and The Best Policy show range that is more than just pop drivel.
